Note that the Mac screen resolution may change to accommodate the resolution of the TV, but you can adjust resolution of the display(s) in System Preferences > Displays > Resolution as you see fit. AirPlay support is included in many modern TV’s from LG, Samsung, Sony, Vizio, usually from the 2018 or newer model years.
